JSD Online is an online-only retail brand specializing in auto parts, car accessories, and EV charging solutions. We do not provide repair, maintenance, or installation services through this Website. For automotive services, please contact our sister business, JSD Autosport.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every reasonable effort to display product information, photos, specifications, and prices accurately on our Website. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item

  • Specifications are based on manufacturer data and may be updated without notice

  • Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱/PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • Promotional or launch pricing is available only while supplies last and within the promotional period

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. We will notify you promptly if such an error occurs.

3. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Website or through our messaging channels (Facebook Messenger, email, phone) does not constitute a binding contract. An order is only confirmed once we have:

  1. Received full payment (for prepaid orders) or a valid reservation fee

  2. Verified product availability

  3. Sent you a written confirmation (via email, Messenger, or SMS)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

  • Inaccurate or incomplete order information

  • Product unavailability or pricing errors

  • Violation of these Terms

4. Payment Methods

JSD Online accepts online payments & in-person & in-store. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

In-Person Payment at Our Offices

Buyers may pay in cash at our physical locations.

Orders Placed Through the Website (jsdonline.ph)

For orders placed directly through our Website, payment is processed online via:

  • PayPal — our live payment processor on jsdonline.ph

  • HitPay - our live payment processor on jsdonline.ph

Orders Placed Through Our Facebook Page / Messenger

For orders coordinated through Facebook Messenger or our Facebook Page (@jsdonline.ph), payment is completed online via your preferred method:

  • GCash

  • PayMaya

  • Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, and other major Philippine banks)

Our team will provide payment details (account numbers, QR codes, or payment links) once you confirm your order via Messenger.

Additional payment methods (such as credit/debit card via Xendit & Hitpay) may be added in the future.

Important conditions for all online payments:

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • All orders are processed only once full payment is confirmed

  • Inventory is held on a first-paid, first-served basis — until full payment is received, units are not reserved

  • Buyers are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their chosen payment provider (e.g., PayPal fees on international transactions)

  • Proof of payment (screenshot, deposit slip, or confirmation email) is required for verification before dispatch

5. Shipping & Delivery

Free Delivery Zones:

  • Metro Manila (all cities)

  • Baguio City

Within these zones, standard delivery is free of charge with an estimated arrival time of 1–3 business days after order confirmation and full payment.

Outside Free Delivery Zones:

For orders shipping outside Metro Manila and Baguio City, the buyer is responsible for the delivery fee. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the courier (such as Lalamove, J&T Express, LBC, or another logistics provider) and disclosed to the buyer before order confirmation. Estimated arrival times for outside-zone deliveries are typically:

Outside Free Delivery Zones:

Pickup orders not collected within fourteen (14) days of order confirmation may be returned to inventory at our discretion.

Payment Required Before Dispatch:

All orders require full payment before dispatch or pickup. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Risk of Loss:

Risk of loss for delivered orders passes to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

6. Returns & Refunds

JSD Online offers a 7-day return period for products purchased through us, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns:

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not function as advertised.

  • The product is confirmed to have compatibility issues identified through our pre-purchase compatibility verification process (see Section 6.4).

  • The product is incorrect (wrong item received compared to the order).

What is NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

The following situations do NOT qualify for return or refund:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after the product has been received in working condition

  • Compatibility issues that were not disclosed during the pre-purchase consultation — buyers are responsible for providing accurate information about their EV, home electrical setup, and outlet type during compatibility verification

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or use inconsistent with the product manual

  • Products with missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals

  • Products used beyond initial testing (opening the box and testing the LCD/functions is fine; extended use is not)

  • Products returned outside the 7-day window from the date of delivery

  • Products where the return request is not initiated with formal notification via Messenger, email, or phone within 7 days

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: JSD Online covers return shipping costs and provides a full refund or replacement

  • Buyer-side compatibility issues (verified through pre-purchase consultation): JSD Online covers return shipping costs and provides a full refund

Refund Processing:

  • Contact us via Messenger, email, or phone within 7 days of delivery to request return authorization

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos or videos documenting the issue (defect, damage, or compatibility problem)

  • Our team will assess the return request within 2 business days and respond with next steps

  • If approved, we will coordinate the return shipping (see below)

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected at our Baguio warehouse

Refund Processing Time:

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method:

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days after inspection

  • GCash / PayMaya: 3–7 business days after inspection

  • Bank Transfer: 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer to buyer's specified account, 5–10 business days after inspection

7. WARRANTY

All EV chargers and applicable products sold through JSD Online include a one (1) year manufacturer warranty, handled locally by our team.

The Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component failures under normal use

  • Functional failures not caused by user damage

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage from drops, impact, or mishandling

  • Water damage beyond the product's stated IP65 specification

  • Damage from voltage surges, lightning, or power irregularities not protected by the unit's built-in safeguards

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Contact us via Messenger, email, or phone with proof of purchase and a description of the issue

  2. We may request photos or video showing the defect

  3. If the claim is valid, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

  4. Warranty coverage applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable

8. Cancellations

Buyers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the cancellation falls under our Returns & Refunds policy (Section 6).

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via Messenger, email, or phone. Cancellations of paid orders will be refunded in full via the original payment method, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Failure to comply with these Terms

In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to logos, brand names ("JSD Online," "Diltex Mart," "Diltex Corporation", "JSD Autosport"), product photos, written descriptions, design elements, and the overall layout — is the property of Diltex Mart or its licensors, and is protected by Philippine copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Product brand names, model numbers, and trademarks (such as "Rheidon," "PC280," and others) belong to their respective manufacturers and are used here for identification purposes only.

10. User Conduct

When using the Website or purchasing from us, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Website's operation

  • Resell products purchased from JSD Online for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

  • Engage in any conduct that could damage our reputation or the experience of other customers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

  • JSD Online (Diltex Corporation) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our products

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: courier delays, payment processor failures, internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events

  • Product use carries inherent risks. The buyer is responsible for following manufacturer instructions, observing safety guidelines, and ensuring proper electrical setup at their location

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

12. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Website or providing personal information for an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy (available on the Website).

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made. We will notify you promptly if such an error occurs.

3. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Website or through our messaging channels (Facebook Messenger, email, phone) does not constitute a binding contract. An order is only confirmed once we have:

  1. Received full payment (for prepaid orders) or a valid reservation fee

  2. Verified product availability

  3. Sent you a written confirmation (via email, Messenger, or SMS)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

  • Inaccurate or incomplete order information

  • Product unavailability or pricing errors

  • Violation of these Terms

5. Shipping & Delivery

Free Delivery Zones:

  • Metro Manila (all cities)

  • Baguio City

Within these zones, standard delivery is free of charge with an estimated arrival time of 1–3 business days after order confirmation and full payment.

Outside Free Delivery Zones:

For orders shipping outside Metro Manila and Baguio City, the buyer is responsible for the delivery fee. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the courier (such as Lalamove, J&T Express, LBC, or another logistics provider) and disclosed to the buyer before order confirmation. Estimated arrival times for outside-zone deliveries are typically:

Outside Free Delivery Zones:

Pickup orders not collected within fourteen (14) days of order confirmation may be returned to inventory at our discretion.

Payment Required Before Dispatch:

All orders require full payment before dispatch or pickup. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Risk of Loss:

Risk of loss for delivered orders passes to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased through JSD Online, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the unit

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective units: JSD Online covers return shipping costs and provides a full refund or replacement

  • Change of mind: Buyer covers return shipping costs

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Non-returnable items:

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Products with missing original packaging or accessories

  • Products purchased outside the 30-day window

7. WARRANTY

All EV chargers and applicable products sold through JSD Online include a one (1) year manufacturer warranty, handled locally by our team.

The Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component failures under normal use

  • Functional failures not caused by user damage

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage from drops, impact, or mishandling.

  • Water damage beyond the product's stated IP65 specification.

  • Damage from voltage surges, lightning, or power irregularities not protected by the unit's built-in safeguards.

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories.

  • Normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Contact us via Messenger, email, or phone with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

  2. We may request photos or video showing the defect.

  3. If the claim is valid, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  4. Warranty coverage applies only to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

8. Cancellations

Buyers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the cancellation falls under our Returns & Refunds policy (Section 6).

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via Messenger, email, or phone. Cancellations of paid orders will be refunded in full via the original payment method, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Failure to comply with these Terms

In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including but not limited to logos, brand names ("JSD Online," "Diltex Corporation," "Diltex Mart", "JSD Autosport"), product photos, written descriptions, design elements, and the overall layout — is the property of Diltex Mart or its licensors, and is protected by Philippine copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Product brand names, model numbers, and trademarks (such as "Rheidon," "PC280," and others) belong to their respective manufacturers and are used here for identification purposes only.

10. User Conduct

When using the Website or purchasing from us, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Website's operation

  • Resell products purchased from JSD Online for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

  • Use our brand name, logos, or content for unauthorized advertising or promotion

  • Engage in any conduct that could damage our reputation or the experience of other customers

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or pursue legal remedies against any buyer who violates these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:

  • JSD Online (Diltex Corporation) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: courier delays, payment processor failures, internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

  • Product use carries inherent risks. The buyer is responsible for following manufacturer instructions, observing safety guidelines, and ensuring proper electrical setup at their location.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

12. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Website or providing personal information for an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy (available on the Website).

We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfill orders, process payments, or comply with legal requirements.

4. Payment Methods

JSD Online accepts online payments only. We do not accept in-person, in-store, or Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

We offer two payment pathways depending on how you order:

Orders Placed Through the Website (jsdonline.ph)

For orders placed directly through our Website, payment is processed online via:

  • PayPal — our live payment processor on jsdonline.ph

Orders Placed Through Our Facebook Page / Messenge

For orders coordinated through Facebook Messenger or our Facebook Page (@jsdonline.ph), payment is completed online via your preferred method:

  • GCash

  • PayMaya

  • Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, and other major Philippine banks)

Our team will provide payment details (account numbers, QR codes, or payment links) once you confirm your order via Messenger.

Additional payment methods (such as credit/debit card via Xendit) may be added in the future.

Important conditions for all online payments:

  • All orders are processed only once full payment is confirmed in our account

  • Inventory is held on a first-paid, first-served basis — until full payment is received, units are not reserved

  • Buyers are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their chosen payment provider (e.g., PayPal fees on international transactions)

  • Proof of payment (screenshot, deposit slip, or confirmation email) is required for verification before dispatch
