JSD Online is an online-only retail brand specializing in auto parts, car accessories, and EV charging solutions. We do not provide repair, maintenance, or installation services through this Website. For automotive services, please contact our sister business, JSD Autosport.

We make every reasonable effort to display product information, photos, specifications, and prices accurately on our Website. However:

4. Payment Methods

In-Store Payment at our Baguio City or Quezon City locations (cash or any of the above methods)
We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid online or in person at our store before dispatch or pickup.
Additional payment methods (such as credit/debit card via Xendit) may be added in the future.
For prepaid orders, the order will only be processed once payment is confirmed in our account. Buyers are responsible for any transaction fees charged by their chosen payment provider (e.g., PayPal fees on international transactions).

Free Delivery Zones:

Within these zones, standard delivery is free of charge with an estimated arrival time of 1–3 business days after order confirmation and full payment.
Outside Free Delivery Zones:
For orders shipping outside Metro Manila and Baguio City, the buyer is responsible for the delivery fee. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the courier (such as Lalamove, J&T Express, LBC, or another logistics provider) and disclosed to the buyer before order confirmation. Estimated arrival times for outside-zone deliveries are typically:
Outside Free Delivery Zones:
Pickup orders not collected within fourteen (14) days of order confirmation may be returned to inventory at our discretion.
Payment Required Before Dispatch:
All orders require full payment before dispatch or pickup. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss for delivered orders passes to the buyer upon delivery to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products purchased through JSD Online, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:

All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the unit

Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Return Shipping Costs:

Defective units: JSD Online covers return shipping costs and provides a full refund or replacement

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

7. WARRANTY
All EV chargers and applicable products sold through JSD Online include a one (1) year manufacturer warranty, handled locally by our team.
The Warranty Covers:

The warranty does NOT cover:

Physical damage from drops, impact, or mishandling

Water damage beyond the product's stated IP65 specification

Damage from voltage surges, lightning, or power irregularities not protected by the unit's built-in safeguards

Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved accessories

Normal wear and tear
Warranty Claim Process:

We may request photos or video showing the defect

If the claim is valid, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

8. Cancellations
Buyers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the cancellation falls under our Returns & Refunds policy (Section 6).
